Will I be able to get any reimbursement for the wasted water?
When you have a water leak that is not visible, it could go undiscovered for quite some time, this can cause you to be sent a large water bill. We will submit a Leak Allowance form on your behalf to Water Corporation once the leak is repaired. They will review your case and may reimburse money if they deem the wasted water was out of your control.
I can hear running water when all taps are turned off, is this a burst pipe?
If you can hear water running when everything is turned off, it could indicate that there is a burst pipe somewhere on the property. Burst pipes may not always be obvious. Our plumbers are highly trained in locating and repairing burst water pipes.
Can you find a burst pipe under concrete?
Using our advanced ultrasonic leak detection equipment, we are able to pinpoint leaks that are under concrete. Then we can remove a section of the concrete and make the necessary repairs, or alternatively we can look at re-running the water pipe to avoid any damage.
