If your appointment was booked before 12pm we guarantee that you will have hot water the same day. We strive to complete every installation in the same day. However, if we are unable to get your hot water back on, we will install a temporary hot water system, free of charge.

We always strive to have all plumbing issues resolved the same day. If for some reason we are unable to get the issue resolved, we will perform a temporary repair to get you services back on and be out to do the final repair as soon as possible.

A plumbing emergency would be any plumbing issue that requires immediate attention to prevent damage, ensure your safety, and ensure clean water. This would include:

• Blocked drains
• Gas leaks
• Burst water pipes
• No hot water
• No water supply

Try to relax, you can rest easy knowing that our experienced team is on the way to solve your plumbing problems. To avoid further damage and to ensure your safety, it is best to:

• Turn off you gas meter – If you have a gas leak or can smell gas
• Turn off your water meter – If you have a burst water pipe
• Avoid DIY fixes – As much as you would like to try and repair the issue yourself, this quite often makes it much harder and more costly for the plumber to repair
