*Hot water today, or it’s free.

We guarantee to get your hot water operating on the same day or it’s free, if we are unable to complete the job on the same day we will install a temporary hot water system that provides approximately 50L / hour of hot water to give you hot water throughout the night, we will then return as soon as possible to complete the job.

This guarantee and any discounts associated to this guarantee are only valid if the following conditions are met:

• The job must be booked before 12pm that day. When we attend your job, if your hot water systems requires replacement and you wish for the replacement to be booked on a different day, we will guarantee that we will fix your hot water on the agreed installation date.
• Your hot water system requires replacement. If your system requires repair or replacement of a specialty part then we will do our best to get your hot water operating but cannot guarantee hot water as wait times on parts can vary based on supplier
• We must supply the hot water system, valves, and any associated fittings. We will not guarantee to have your hot water operating the same day if you supply your own parts or hot water systems
• You must notify us within 2 hours of the technician leaving site if you still have no hot water to receive any kind of refund or discount.

**Lifetime guarantee

• We give a lifetime guarantee on workmanship. This means that if there is any issue or fault due to improper installation or incorrect use of fittings from one of our employees we will repair the issue at no cost
• This does not apply to appliances, valves, parts or fittings as they will fall under the manufacturers warranty
• We will not guarantee any work if it is seen to have been worked on by any other person other than an employee of Asap Trades
• We do not guarantee any appliances, valves, parts, or fittings that were not supplied by Asap Trades
• In the case of repair work we will only guarantee the new fittings and pipe where they are connected to new fittings or pipe. For instance, if we repair a damaged copper pipe, we will guarantee the new section of pipe and the fittings but we will not guarantee the section of the fitting that is connected or joined to existing pipe as we cannot control the condition of existing pipe or fittings
